Through our continued investment and guidance from the National Federation of Roofing Contractors/CITB we ensure all of our staff have the right and relevant training, all EBL tradesmen are directly employed by the company, all our vehicles carry our distinctive THINK SAFETY logo, the logo is a constant reminder that SAFETY is our no1 priority.
All our site operatives hold the following accreditations as a minimum:
- CSCS
- CCNSG
- UKATA
- PASMA
- IPAF
- SSSTS (site supervisors)
- SMSTS (site managers)
Currently our staff have over 240yrs of combined experience, that’s not just experience in the industry that’s combined time working in the industry for EBL.
Over the last 30yrs we have also managed to retain and service many of our original customers.
With our committed staff and our exiting new recruitment plan for apprentices enabling us to harness the next generation of motivated and skilled tradesmen, EBL are looking good for the next 30yrs.
