Works completed at INEOS ChlorVinyls

This week has seen the completion of a total re-roof at a local Chemical Plant. The works consisted of the removal and disposal of Asbestos containing roof sheets and vents along with the insertion of new steel trusses allowing the roof to marry into an existing adjacent warehouse. The new roof has benefitted from the installation of Kingspan composite sheeting with Stepsafe skylights and bespoke ridge and turret vents. Future maintenance has been made easier by installing a Safetrax man anchor system. Use of Cranes and Scaffolding, including a complete birdcage internal crash deck system which allowed the internal plant to operate fully throughout the process
